NextEnergy III

• NextEnergy III (“NEIII”), formerly known as NextPower III ESG, was launched by NextEnergy Capital in 2018 to target utility-scale solar in OECD countries
• NESF made a $50m commitment into NEIII, a private solar infrastructure fund providing exposure to both operating and under construction, international solar assets
• NEIII is targeting a gross investor IRR of between 13% and 15%
• NEIII has acquired 1.8GW with 173 individual assets across the USA, India, Chile, Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Poland
