Giulia joined the NEF team in 2017 as an ESG senior advisor, after 10 years as an Executive Director in Global Risk Management at J.P. Morgan Chase.
With strong ESG risk management expertise for capital markets and lending transaction, including green bonds, Giulia also has a deep and extended knowledge of key ESG trends and agenda for the energy sector.
In her previous role at J.P. Morgan, Giulia was responsible for the implementation of the ESG Risk Policy and she performed ESG due diligence over 1000 transactions.
Prior to that she worked at the Export Credit Guarantee Agency, managing E&S risk for major project finance transactions in energy and industrial sectors.
Well recognised for her positive contribution at Board level, Giulia acted as a member of the Advisory Group of the OECD Responsible Business Conduct and as a member of the Steering Committee of the Cross Sector Biodiversity Initiative.
Giulia holds a MsSc degree in Environmental Engineering (Rome, Italy) and a MsScEng in Renewable Energy Markets, Cork, Ireland.
