Helen Mahy CBE joined the Board of Directors as a non-executive Director on 1 April 2023 and was appointed Chair on the 16 August 2023.
Helen currently sits as a non-executive Director of SSE plc and Gowling WLG (UK) LLP. Helen has previously served as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of the National Grid plc, and more recently as Chairman of The Renewables Infrastructure Group having served her full nine-year tenure.
